In a continuation of our team spotlight series, this month we’re featuring John Marles. As you’ll read, John is a key member of Falvey Shippers whose skills complement our mission to provide the best, most comprehensive coverage for our clients.
In his role as underwriting technical assistant, John’s responsibilities are very client-focused. He prospects for new business, outreaches to potential clients, onboards new clients, and supports current clients on a daily basis. Additionally, John analyzes industry data and claims to determine trends.
“One of the things I enjoy most about working for Falvey Shippers,” John says, “is the drive and passion everyone has to provide the best possible service and experience for our clients.”
John has spent the last several years of his career in the insurance field. Before joining the Shippers team, John was underwriting renewal business in Falvey’s yachts department for about two years. Prior to that, he was an account manager in the personal home and auto insurance industry.
